What is your product return policy?
We will accept returns if the product is returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of the product (for local and international orders) in exchange for online store credit. Do note that only clothes that are unworn unaltered, unwashed and in sellable condition with labels/tags still attached and in original packaging can be returned.
For return of products, customers are advised to notify us in advance via email at email@example.com. The email shall contain your name, order number, product details and the reason for return. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable for the product until the product reaches our office. We will also send you an email upon us receiving your product.
Notwithstanding the above, the following products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable:-
(a) Products on sale;
(b) Products bought using discount codes;
(c) Pre-order products;
(d) Non-Apparel and beauty products; and
(e) Accessories, including headbands, headscarves etc.
I have made payment for an order. Can I do a one-to-one exchange for another item instead?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate request for exchange of items once the payment has been made.
Will there be refund of delivery charges?
All shipping costs (if applicable) shall be borned by customers and are not refundable.
What happens if I have been refunded the incorrect amount?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We shall be update your store credit accordingly.
What happens if I returned a product but it was incorrectly refunded or replaced?
Please email us at email@example.com. We shall conduct a thorough check on our end and revert to you accordingly.
